Privacy Policy

Endless Leveling is the website for the Endless suite of Hytale server mods, published at https://www.endlessleveling.net. It is run by the Endless team as a community project.

We are not affiliated with Hypixel Studios, and Hytale is a trademark of its respective owner. This policy covers this website only — the game servers you play on are run by their own operators and have their own rules.

For anything in this policy, reach us on the Endless Discord. It is the only support channel we run.

Game data from partner servers

Hytale servers running the Endless mods send us progression data over an authenticated connection so it can be shown on the player, guild and leaderboard pages. That includes:

• Your in-game account ID (UUID) and player name
• Level, prestige, XP, skill points and attributes
• Race, class choices, equipped augments and fates
• Quest and campaign completion counts
• Guild membership, rank and guild build data
• In-game marriage partner, where you have one
• Server activity such as raids, gates and wars

This data is generated by playing on a participating server, and it is public on this site in the same way a leaderboard in-game is public. We do not receive your chat messages, your IP address, or anything else from those servers.

Account data

Signing in is optional and is not needed to browse anything. If you do sign in with Discord, we store the Discord account ID, username, avatar and email address that Discord gives us, plus a session record so you stay signed in. We never receive your Discord password.

Technical data

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time — which are used to keep the site running and to deal with abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

• No analytics or tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no equivalent anywhere on this site.
• No advertising, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No payment or card details. We do not take payments here.
• No location data, contacts, or anything from your device beyond what your browser sends with an ordinary page request.

We use a session cookie only if you sign in with Discord. It keeps you signed in and does nothing else. If you never sign in, we set no cookies.

Your browser also stores two small preferences locally on your own device: your light or dark theme choice, and the time you last refreshed a profile so the refresh button can rate-limit itself. Neither is sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.

• To show player profiles, guild pages, leaderboards and server activity.
• To generate the preview cards that appear when a profile link is shared.
• To keep you signed in, if you signed in.
• To keep the site working, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse of our servers.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you for marketing.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a community site and publishing server progression for the game data and technical data above, and on your consent for the optional Discord sign-in. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your account.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of providers to run the site:

• Our hosting and database providers, who store and serve the data on our behalf.
• Discord, if you choose to sign in with it — the sign-in happens on Discord's own site under their privacy policy.
• hytale.photo, which renders player skins. Those images are fetched by our server rather than your browser, so your IP address is not shared with them.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the site and its users.

Game data is kept for as long as a participating server keeps sending it, so that profiles and leaderboards stay accurate. Sign-in sessions expire on their own, and account data is deleted when you ask us to delete the account. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then discarded.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to how we use it, to restrict it, to receive a copy of it, or to complain to your local data protection authority.

Player and guild profiles are public by design. They are the shared record of what happens on participating servers, so we do not hide or delete them on request as a matter of course. Where the law gives you a right to erasure we will honour it, and we always act on the account data tied to your Discord sign-in.

To make any of those requests, message us on the Endless Discord. We will need to confirm you own the in-game or Discord account in question before acting, so that nobody else can act on your behalf.

You can also stop new game data reaching us at any time by asking the operator of the server you play on to stop syncing your profile, or by not playing on a participating server.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child's data is on this site, tell us on Discord and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and we will announce anything significant in the Discord.
