Every realm listed here runs Endless Leveling with permission and credits the developer. A partner licence can buy the right to run the suite under a server’s own name. Nothing in it buys the right to remove the author.

Histatu (HTU) is the top ranked network in Hytale. The progression system there is called Histatu Skills, and it was Endless Leveling: the same suite, the same 12 mods, running under a paid SSS-tier partner licence that permits the rename. The developer credit came down on day one. When the licence was revoked they rebuilt the whole system in three days, undocumented internals and all, and now market it as built in-house.
The developer credit was hidden completely the day after the partnership began, after we had said explicitly that it was to stay on the Support tab. No licence tier grants the right to remove the author, not even the highest one. There is no such permission to buy, which is why that tab is now locked in code against every addon, official partners included, with an integrity check that alerts players when the credit has been altered.
Features reproduced one to one, plus behaviour that appears in no config file, no page and no document, and that cannot be observed from outside the jar. There is only one way undocumented internals travel: nobody clean-rooms what they have never read. There are public messages about the copying, and former Histatu staff have since acknowledged the server would not have got far without Endless Leveling.
Their server listing, ranked #1 with over 23,000 all-time votes, advertises “an in-house RPG progression system”, “built and maintained entirely in-house by our development team”. The systems it is describing are the ones documented across this site, built by two people over years.
Histatu has been called out repeatedly for running other people's Hytale mods with the authors' credits stripped out, and for vote and comment bombing rival servers' listings, with reports naming the owner directly rather than only staff. Endless Leveling is the largest mod affected. It is not the only one.
Hytale removed Histatu from Official Discovery while they were still #1 by a wide margin, out-populating the second through fifth largest servers combined. Hytale has not published a reason, and we are not going to invent one for them. What is on the record is on the page below, dated and sourced.

Yes. The official server is free to join and most of the mod suite is free software. Some premium addons and cosmetic partner ranks are sold separately, and they fund development.
Progression is earned in game. Levels, prestige, augments, Fates and guild perks all come from playing, and none of them can be bought outright. Premium addons add systems and cosmetics rather than shortcuts through the ladder.
Yes. The suite is built as server-side mods, so any Hytale server can install it. Several servers on this list run it with completely different rulesets: PvE-focused, skyblock, survival MMO. The admin section of the wiki covers install requirements, permissions and configuration.

Everything the suite adds runs on the server, so you connect using the server address like any other multiplayer server. If you hit trouble getting in, the Discord is the fastest place to get help.
It depends on the ruleset, which is why this page lists servers rather than ranking them. The official server runs survival with kingdoms, land claims and scheduled guild wars. Of the allied servers, one runs survival and skyblock, one is a survival MMO with custom enchants and mounts, and one is PvE-focused with optional PvP zones. All of them are free to join and none of them require a client mod.
Yes. Endless Guilds is the territory system: guilds claim land in cells, hold a shared bank, and can take other guilds as vassals through conquest. A player with no guild still gets a personal claim, so a base can be protected without joining anything. The land claims guide maps every Towny term across to its equivalent here.
It plays like a small one. Hytale is not an MMO and no mod makes it one, but the systems people mean by the word are all here: classes with defined roles, group raids behind difficulty ranks, guilds fighting over territory, and a progression ladder with no cap. What is missing is scale, and that is missing on every Hytale server.
Raids and dungeons behind six difficulty ranks, guilds with land claims, sieges, conquest wars and vassal states, 21 classes across 72 race ascension forms, an artifact system, marriage, and a campaign that walks new players through all of it. Levels run to 250 and prestige is uncapped.
