Refunds cooldown from EVERY running ability at once, not just one, so the more of your bar is down, the more total time each swing returns.

• Basic weapon swings only. Damage over time, procs and ability damage do not refund.
• An internal cooldown stops a fast multi-hit flurry from draining a whole cooldown in one swing.
• Exists only on the official server: this passive is ADDED by Endless Skills and does not exist in the base mod.
