Store Terms

The store is run by the Endless team. Checkout and payment are handled by Tebex, which acts as the reseller for every purchase: Tebex takes the payment, sends your receipt, and its own checkout terms apply alongside these. We never receive your card or bank details.

We are not affiliated with Hypixel Studios. Hytale is a trademark of its respective owner.

You must be 18 or older to buy from the store. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian before you buy, and they should read these terms with you. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian has to make the purchase for you.

Checkout asks you to confirm this every time. By ticking the box you confirm that it is true for you.

Parents and guardians: if a purchase was made without your permission, message us on Discord with the order details. We will look at it with you, and we would much rather sort it out directly than through a chargeback.

The store sells digital items for the Endless Hytale servers, such as ranks, perks, cosmetics and Premium Tokens. Buying one gives you a licence to use it in game. It does not give you ownership of it.

• Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Items cannot be sold, traded for money, or moved to another account, except through in-game features built for it, such as gifting.
• Items only work on servers that run the Endless mods and the store's delivery plugin.

Items are delivered to the Hytale username you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes of payment. Some items are only given out while you are online, so they arrive the next time you join.

Check the username before you pay. An item delivered to a wrong username cannot always be moved, but tell us on Discord and we will help where we can.

Store items are digital content that is delivered straight away. In the UK, the EU and some other places you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase, but for digital content that right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and accepted that you lose it. The checkout box asks you to agree to exactly that.

This does not take away your other rights. If an item does not arrive, does not work as described, or you were charged twice, message us on Discord with your order details and we will fix it or refund it.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or a payment dispute. Most problems are solved quickly that way.

If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the items it paid for may be removed, and further purchases from that account may be paused until the dispute is settled.

The Endless servers and mods are updated often. Items can be rebalanced, reworked or renamed as the game changes. If a paid item is removed entirely, we will try to offer a fair replacement.

The servers are a community project and we cannot promise they will run forever.

Buying from the store does not exempt anyone from the server rules. An account banned for breaking them does not get a refund for items it bought.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and checkout asks you to confirm again after any change. A purchase is covered by the version you accepted when you made it.
