Spell Echo
Arcane flux spreads marks; damaging a marked enemy re-detonates the echo.
Hurl a bolt of arcane flux that bursts on impact, slowly spreading to every enemy in range - each one it reaches is marked, slowed and lightly damaged. Any damage you deal to a marked enemy spreads the echo again, damaging every nearby marked enemy and consuming their marks.
