Gates spawn on their own and keep a minimum number active. The spawn worlds, intervals, lifetimes and protected-zone buffers are listed under Spawn rules and lifetime in the gameplay guide.
Dungeon Gate Commands (staff)
Rooted at /gate (aliases g, elgate). Spawning and management commands are staff tools.

Portal keys for /gate dungeon give: d1 / d2 / d3 are Major Dungeons I to III, swamp / frozen / void are the Endgame dungeons, and all grants every supported portal for the chosen rank.
