Every character holds a primary and a secondary class slot at once. Signature passives only fire in the primary slot, and innate attribute growth is halved in the secondary, so a build is a pair of classes, not one.

Weapon scaling
Bars show the bonus over a ×1.00 baseline, not the raw multiplier. Every weapon sits between ×1.05 and ×1.61, so raw values would all look full.
Passives
+9% XP gain
How it works
Triggers: On every kill that awards XP
Multiplies XP at the moment it is awarded, in the same bucket as your Discipline bonus and Luck: all three sum into one multiplier rather than multiplying each other.
Adds upTwo sources of this passive add together.
+35% charge rate
How it works
Triggers: Whenever signature energy is gained
Rides on top of your normal signature-energy gain: each time the stat ticks up, this adds a bonus slice of that gain. It accelerates charging rather than generating charge on its own.
DiminishingTwo sources combine as 1−(1−a)(1−b), so each extra source is worth less than the last: it can approach 100% but never reach it.
+56% stamina below 20% stamina (30s cd)
How it works
Triggers: When stamina drops below the threshold
An emergency stamina refill on a cooldown, restoring over a short window rather than instantly.
+0 per level
How it works
Triggers: Always active
The workhorse stat passive. It is how races and classes actually differ numerically, and it appears more than three hundred times across the trees. Each entry names one attribute and grants it automatically as you level, with no skill points spent.

Abilities
Active abilities require Endless Skills. Values run from rank 1 to rank 5.
Dash forward with a driving thrust, damaging everything caught along the lunge corridor.
Damage: 5 → 25 + 120%-280% Strength or Sorcery
Raise a stamina-fueled shield that absorbs incoming damage for a short window.
Shield: 100%-200% of Stamina · Duration: 5s
Slash out a piercing blade bolt that damages every enemy in its path and siphons stamina from stamina-bearers into your own reserves; stamina beyond your max becomes a shield. Mobs give a flat trickle.
Damage: 8 → 24 + 56%-104% Strength or Sorcery · Steal: 1 → 5 + 6%-10% max Stamina · Mobs: +10 Stamina · Shield: 8s
Ultimate. Surge with heroic might, boosting all of your core attributes for the duration.
All attributes: +10%-+50% · Duration: 12s
Official server vs base mod
This page shows the official server, where Endless Skills gives Adventurer 4 hotkey abilities. With only Endless Leveling Core installed there are no abilities at all.
Scout, Beast Master and Cyberblade are gated behind a per-class permission node (endlessleveling.class.<id>) that a server operator grants; the other 17 are open to pick with /class from the start. Class is chosen independently of race: any of the 12 races can run any of the 20 classes.
79 distinct ability ids: four per class, each with 5ranks, and every class's fourth ability is its Ultimate. Abilities come from the Endless Skills mod; without it a class is a passive stat and weapon identity only, with nothing to press.
Mage and Cyberblade additionally scale a mastery multiplier across the five ascension tiers (1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, 2.0x, then 3.0x at Exalted), which is part of why both give up crit entirely.
Sorcery Mastery compensates for it instead of a crit chance.
Strength Mastery compensates for it instead.
Sustain and taunt carry the weight a crit chance would.
Shield strength and taunt carry it instead.
Golem is the one race that shares that restriction, so pairing it with one of these four compounds the tradeoff rather than fighting it. See how the two slots interact for the rest of the pairing advice.
With Endless Leveling installed, 20. Seventeen are open by default; Scout, Beast Master and Cyberblade are permission-locked behind a per-class node a server operator grants. All 20 share the same five-tier ascension line: Base, Elite, Master, Legendary, Exalted.
There isn't a single answer, and a tier list would be wrong within a patch anyway. Every character holds a primary and a secondary class slot: signature passives only fire on the primary, and innate attribute growth is halved in the secondary, so the honest question is which pair fits the role you want, not which one class wins. Four classes (Mage, Cyberblade, Paladin, Vanguard) cannot crit at all and are built around a different payoff instead.
Yes. Classes are chosen with the /class command and are independent of race: any race can run any class, in either the primary or secondary slot.
Yes. Abilities, and the three permission-locked classes, come from the Endless Skills mod. A server running only Endless Leveling Core has 17 classes (the other three ship with Endless Skills), and each is a passive stat and weapon identity with zero active abilities. Endless Skills also strips the automatic passives its abilities replace, so nine classes genuinely play differently on the two setups.
